I love to create and share and spread good vibes! My beautiful home studio/ photo gallery/ dance floor in Weston is usually where I work from. A Fresh Perspective…

I love a good motivational podcast or self-help book- my favourites lately being by Lisa O’Neill and Mel Robbins.

My diary is full of quotes, my computer decorated with post-it notes and I have reminders in my bathroom! It’s amazing what a fresh perspective can do or how a certain thing read at the right time can change your attitude to be a bit more positive.

Something I hear a lot and now find myself using is - ‘it is what it is’. This simple phrase has really helped me accept and be more supportive of different situations that are out of my control.

When I’m after a beautiful bouquet and my gardening skills aren’t quite cutting it- my favourite place to buy flowers from is from my lovely friend Jess in Kakanui! Garden fresh, spray-free seasonal gorgeous florals. You can find her stall on the corner of Cobblestone Road.
