Do you offer shipping?

At this stage I am keeping it local! Pickups are available in Weston, Oamaru.

Shipping of prints from our supplier can take 5-7 days to arrive- I will quality check and your print will be available for pickup same day its delivered to me.

Detailed instructions of pickup spot will be available in your purchase confirmation email.

What is your return policy? 

I would like you to be 100% happy with your order! If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied please flick me a message using the ‘contact’ option within the Valley Estate website.

Orders that turn up damaged in some way will be replaced at no extra cost.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind or size of print once it has been printed and shipped. Also note that the colours of your screen may not accurately represent colours of actual print depending on calibration of the monitor.

Some prints and candles may be viewed (and smelled!) before purchase- just contact me via the website.
